Randy Alder

Vice President 

Randy was born and raised in Salt Lake City. His father was a real estate appraiser and taught him his profession. After high school, Randy worked as an independent appraiser. He subsequently went on to appraise for the Utah State Tax Commission and then for a couple of different banks in their mortgage lending departments. While attending BYU, he met his wife Vera. They were married in 1975. In 1981, Randy accepted an appraiser position with the Facilities Department of the United States Postal Serving in New York City. He and his wife moved with their two oldest children to New Jersey where they lived for five years. Five years later, Randy accepted a manager position in the USPS regional office in Connecticut. He later briefly managed a field office in Salt Lake City before settling down as a real estate asset manager for USPS in Denver, Colorado, where he retired from USPS in 2011.In 2014, Randy and Vera relocated from Colorado to Northern Idaho where they lived until they moved here 2018. Randy enjoys family history work, gardening, cooking and candle making; not necessarily in that order.

Lisa Eardley

My name is Lisa Eardley and my husband Steven and I have 8 children and 16 grandchildren. We have lived in Lindon for the past two years after moving from Elko, Nevada, where we lived for thirty years. We are enjoying Utah and the ability to travel to see family. In 2020, I graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Theater Arts. We are enjoying all the opportunities to see theater productions here in Utah.

Brian Johnson

My wife, Janet, and I moved to Orem, Utah in June of 2022. We rented an apartment for six months while we looked for a permanent home. We moved to Utah from Southern California after living there for 20 years. We found our current home here in the Lindon Creekside Cottages and love living here. Our neighbors are the salt of the earth and we feel so blessed to be a part of the community. We love our new (huge) ward and hope we can be an asset here.

Gary Provance

Gary retired in 2014 from a 35 year career as a programmer and analyst in supply chain and operations management. Along the way, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Millikin University and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University. He and Linda moved to Utah after retirement and settled here in Lindon making this their 11th residence. They are now focused on their two grandchildren.

Cindy and I have lived here in Creekside for four years. Before moving to Lindon we lived in Orem for about 20 years. I work at BYU in Central Accounting where I am the financial liaison to several departments on campus and help develop financial reports. I have worked there for over 35 years in several capacities dealing with all aspects of accounting.​
